Apostle Dr. Kendon Gibson is the General Overseer and Senior Leader of The Life Center. Under the guidance and foundation established by his father, Apostle Gibson faithfully served alongside him before the mantle and responsibility of leadership were passed to him. Since then, he has continued to expand the vision of the ministry, working to develop The Life Center into a fully operating ministry hub that impacts lives through faith, service, and community.
Alongside him, First Lady and Overseer Malia Gibson serves with grace, dedication, and excellence as a vital leader within The Life Center. She serves as the Church Administrator, helping to oversee the organization and daily operations of the ministry, while also providing leadership and guidance throughout the church. In addition, she oversees the Women’s Ministry, empowering, encouraging, and inspiring women to grow in their faith, purpose, and calling.

Overseer Ernest Brown & Lady Charnee Brown
Executive Pastor & Lady
Executive Pastor Ernest Brown is the son-in-law of one of the co-founders, Gregory Powell. Since joining the ministry over a decade ago, Executive Pastor Brown has faithfully served with dedication, commitment, and a heart for the work of the Lord. He provides leadership and oversight to the elders and ministers while also overseeing the maintenance and operations of the facility.
Alongside him, his wife, Lady Charnee Brown, serves faithfully as a valued member of the ministry and contributes her gifts through the Finance Team. Together, Executive Pastor Ernest Brown and Lady Charnee Brown continue to serve and support the vision of The Life Center.

Apostle Marvin Saunders
Executive Pastor
Apostle Marvin Saunders faithfully serves as a dedicated preacher, teacher, and servant of the Gospel. He travels sharing the Word of God, encouraging believers, and ministering through preaching and teaching.
When he is not traveling, Apostle Pastor Saunders continues to serve the ministry through his leadership and commitment to prayer, leading daily prayer and helping cultivate a culture of faith, intercession, and spiritual growth. He also provides oversight to Missions and Evangelism, advancing the vision of reaching others with the love and message of Christ.

Pastor Aaron White
Associate Pastor
Joining the ministry over six years ago, Associate Pastor Aaron White has faithfully served in various areas of ministry, using his gifts to support the vision and growth of The Life Center. As the Associate Pastor, he provides leadership and oversight to the church auxiliaries, helping ensure each ministry area is supported and aligned with the overall mission of the church.
In addition, Associate Pastor Aaron serves as the Head of the Media Department, leading the ministry’s audio, visual, and communications efforts. Through his dedication to ministry, technology, and service, he continues to help advance the message and vision of The Life Center.

Tierra White
Youth Ministry Director
Tierra White serves as the Children and Youth Director of The Life Center, faithfully leading and developing the next generation through ministry, mentorship, and discipleship. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry and has been faithfully serving and overseeing the Children’s and Youth Department since 2013.
Beyond her leadership with children and youth, Tierra serves in various areas of the church, using her gifts to support the vision and mission of The Life Center. She is also the founder of B.L.A.S.T. Summer Camp, a ministry program housed at The Life Center that provides children with opportunities for learning, growth, and meaningful experiences in a safe and engaging environment.

Regina Jones
Administrative Assistant
Regina serves as the Administrative Assistant of The Life Center, faithfully supporting the leadership and day-to-day operations of the ministry. She serves in multiple areas of the church, using her gifts, dedication, and passion for service to help advance the vision and mission of The Life Center.
In addition, Regina serves as the House Prophet, providing spiritual insight, encouragement, and support to the body of Christ. She also leads Milestone Ministries, a ministry created to celebrate and honor the many significant moments and milestones in the lives of church members. Through her leadership and service, Regina continues to help strengthen the church community and create opportunities for members to be recognized, encouraged, and celebrated.
